    The resignation of key allies, such as former Finance Minister Chrystia Freeland, has added to Trudeau’s difficulties. Her departure was widely seen as a blow to Trudeau’s administration, raising further questions about its stability. With Trudeau stepping aside, speculation has turned to his successor. Reports suggest that current Finance Minister Dominic LeBlanc could serve as interim leader, although his long-term intentions remain unclear.

    The Liberal Party is expected to address the transition process during an emergency caucus meeting scheduled for Wednesday. Trudeau’s resignation marks a significant shift in Canadian politics.
